Ronaldo to make Juventus Debut.

Cristiano Ronaldo is set to make his Juventus debut on Saturday against Chievo Verona after making his move to Italy Giant this summer from Real Madrid, coach Max Allegri confirmed.

“I didn’t give Ronaldo any advice. He’s very intrigued to understand how teams play in Italy,” said Allegri as Juventus begin their campaign.

“Ronaldo will make his debut. Wojciech Szczesny, Giorgio Chiellini, Leonardo Bonucci and Miralem Pjanic will play and the two full-backs on each side will be Joao Cancelo and Alex Sandro.

“Everyone is in good condition, even Mario Mandzukic and Blaise Matuidi, who both went all the way to the final in the World Cup.”

The Portugal star man was the star signing this summer window arriving for £103m from Real Madrid.

There have been some report that the fixture of the first two matches of the Series A may be postponed due to the to the tragic Ponte Morandi Bridge Collapse on Tuesday, but the Lega Serie A has confirmed that the weekend fixtures will proceed as planned but the two matches involving the Genovese clubs are called off.

The disaster claim at least 38 life with up to 15 peoples were injured. A state of emergency has since been declared, as rescuers continue to look for survivors.
